Refund Policy

At Dead Wax Candle Co, each candle is hand-poured in small batches with care. Because of the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for candles that have been used, opened, or simply disliked in scent preference.  We will, however, happily make it right if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or provide a refund as appropriate.
